We have been selling the zipper pulls and key fobs at the Christmas bazaars for several years. They do well. Looks like a nice display.

On almost every weekend, March-November, there is at least one beer festival in WI. After all, the state has a reputation to uphold. Tap houses are also becoming very popular. 60-80 taps, all containing WI craft beers. I was recently fortunate to get a taste of a beer from Collective Arts in Ontario Canada. It was called GOSE. Contained Blackberry, Black Currants, Lemon Zest, Coriander and Himalayan Salt. Before you sick ICK, think about how those flavors could blend together. The post drink smell highlighted one flavor/scent. The first sip, swirled in my mouth, highlighted another. Then all the flavors blended into goodness. The after taste was equally awesome. Totally different than the previous tastes. Sorry... I am a beertender in a craft brewery, so I must be familiar with all the beers and explain their flavors to customers. To me drinking a craft beer is like being at a wine tasting. I also would have seen the 90 year old gentleman cabbing. Age is just mind over matter. If one does not mind, it does not matter. That beer sounds AMAZING! Wonder if I could order it He was so cute and it makes my soul happy to see people so obviously doing what they love.

I love doing the demos at our show, faceting is fun but impossible to get in the zone what with chatting to everyone that stops to look, it's really just going through the motions until someone stops to chat, so lots of mistakes, off angles and crazy things happen but it doesn't matter, the demo stone is usually just a bit of Quartz. I have a series of dops made up to show how a faceted stone progresses anyway so if anyone wants a close look at a stone I grab one of the premade ones. Cabbing is a blast, again I have premade stones dopped up and sanded to almost finished so if someone is interested I can grab a dopped stone and show how it polishes, grinding and sanding parts of the demo are usually just to get me spare stones ready for a quick polish. My favourite stone for the demos would have to be Mookaite, wow colours, reasonably soft, easy to shape and sand, and takes a great polish. They had a faceted stone display. I tried getting pictures but the glare was awful. I would like to watch how it's done He had a bunch of slabs with and then performs, some finished and was working a piece of Cady. No one was watching him but me. I think his machine was as old as he was .

Until recently, I never really shot trap...only skeet and sporting clays. But, I just joined a trap shooting association, and I've done 3 shoots since. I'm liking the sport more than I thought I would. It is a lot of fun. I do prefer skeet. Do you bird hunt? My big bird hunting trip was going to Yuma, AZ, to do the dove opener. That was a great event. In younger years, we would venture out for quail but that turned out to be much more work. Yuma has recently changed, as has the agriculture. Still deciding if we are going to go back. Don't know if I have the inclination to scout hunting spots there. I have the ability to go go do "planted" pheasant hunts, but I haven't done that too much. I think hunting has become less of an issue over time. However, I still like cooking everything we ever shot. I won't simply shoot stuff because I can.

Dunno if the beer can be ordered. There are very strict rules for North American craft breweries. There is a distributor in the US for this one, but is limited.

I could try to convince my friends up in Ont to ship me some but I did find some GOSE here that I can try Anderson Valley Brewery has a 3 part Gose series, St Archer has a Peach Gose that is a limited release right now, Sierra Nevada has a prickly pear Gose & Brew Rebellion has a couple out I will have to make a trip to BEVMO to try them out.

Looks like you had a great time!
Those zipper pulls are brilliant!
I thought so too! I loved them too, but my immediate thought was "too heavy, will unzip while walking" I hope I am wrong. What is your experience?
