Did anyone receive something special, rock/lapidary related for Christmas? If so, please post here. Thanks. Here is my offering. A few strands of drilled beads. From left: Agate, Picture Jasper, Lazurite and Rhodonite. On the bottom are some shells. My daughter remembered how much I loved the shells like this when in AZ.   |

Very nice beads @fearnwood. I had the gift of a full house. Every bed full, kids young ones sleeping on the couches. Waking up to my kid's and grandkids, and wonderful memories of my mom as I cooked our Christmas dinner. A tear for my mom and a tear for my kids and a thank you to the lord.

Still waiting for some of mine to arrive, we left thing to the last minute. one package of sterling settings, and one with gem setting pliers and some faceting dops. But I did get a set of sieves quarter and eighth of an inch. Just got to wait till the temp drops a bit (105 yesterday forecast 104 today) to go after some more sapphires.
