I just got this a few minutes ago from the guy I bought a Nova wheel from: Hello, Thank you for your order! Our mission is to create satisfaction with each item purchased. Your order has been shipped, and the tracking information is now available. Please check the tracking number to receive confirmation on the packages current location. Product reviews are greatly appreciated, please take the time and review the items you have purchased from us. If there is an issue with your order, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW, contact Blue Water Emporium immediately to fix the existing problem. We will work together on resolving any possible issues you may have. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Thank you again for your business and support. Have a great day! Best Regards, Dave I emailed him back and said that even though I know it's a form letter that I appreciated it.... and I did. I probably get something like that 1/4 of the time and I always appreciate it. It makes me feel more secure in my purchase, too. I try to keep up with personal messages after a sale, but I don't always. Sometimes, I'm just torn because they get a message sent to them after the sale which I scripted. So, I wonder if it is overkill. I do have a lot of clients that I converse with a lot, but some people really don't want to be bothered and you have to feel them out. There really is no excuse nowadays not to at least use a form letter/email and include or follow up with tracking info. While appreciated, I do not expect another personalized message on top of this as I hope you are busy enough fulfilling your other business obligations. Once I find someone I am happy dealing with I am as loyal as can be and look forward to doing business with them again, so forget my thank you card and keep filling those orders! Al

I bought a piece of Nipomo marcasite rough. The shipping was in a MFRB and higher than I would have liked to pay. The seller had nothing else that I was interested in to combine. The seller who I had never bought before had a 100% rating. In the listing he made a point of stating that when combining not to pay immediately because ebay expects shipping to be done within so many days of payment. I paid immediately,
When the estimated delivery date was close to being reached and I got no shipping notification. I sent him a message asking when the item was being shipped and suggested he ship in a flat rate padded envelope which is about $5 less. No response, so three days later I sent a second email. He responded that he would take care of it and include some free goodies. Two days later, still not shipped. I sent a third email and when nothing happened, I had reached the date where I could open a case on ebay. The item was then shipped.
The item arrived today along with a big faced piece of some very dark moss agate. The Nipomo was vey close to what was represented and I should get a decent yield from it. It was time for feedback and I was trying to figure out to provide an appropriate review. I decided to look at the rating template and see if I could get some guidance. I couldn't leave a review because I opened a case. I'll wait and see what happens.
