I had something similar that I cut and tumbled. I thought it was agate. Shame on me.

The item was $6 plus shipping and there were 0 bids until this morning. I sniped $15 and lost to a $15 bid. I probably bid too much and was not disappointed not getting it. I messaged the seller when I saw it and got more information. He got it from a miner friend some time ago. I think Owyhee as Owyhee jasper and the name refers to the Owyhee mountains in the Oregon/Utah area so a Morrisonite relative makes sense.

Graveyard Point is right on the state line. Most of the picture jaspers come from the Oregon side but Idaho produces several famous ones including Willow Creek and Bruneau.
