Looking for a place in Washington state where I can find some good tumbling rocks that will take a nice polish. I’m a fan of jaspers and agates so if you know of any great locations let me know. I live in the puget sound/ Olympia area.

Welcome from SW WA. If you haven't, start by visiting the NW rockhounds store and Ed center in Seattle, Lanny and the crew there will get you set up. The gem trails of WA book is a good resource as well. The weather kept me from my first visit to Red top mt yesterday with the Lewis county club, also good folks to know. The Puyallup club that may meet near you is also a great resource in your area.

Not exactly super close by, but getting out to the coast will provide agate and jasper. Ocean Shores for example. Otherwise, there are some closer river bed areas along the way there from Olympia that are good for jasper (Try Montesano, around Satsop Road). Again, the gem trails of Washington book and Rockhounding Washington book both share some of these locales.
Good Luck! JP
