Do they have Sprecher’s Root Beer up where you are? More popular further South. We serve it where I work. That and about 4 other Sprecher varieties.

Harvested this beautiful fungus from a dead tree in my yard. I think it is an Artist Conk. Have been watching in grow for a few years. It is about 20" across. I used a soft paint brush to clean it. Plan on carving out some of the area where it was attached to the tree. Then finding the perfect dead stick to mount it to. Will spray both with satin clear paint. The underside shows some areas of the traditional white surface of Artist Conk. Have you seen drawings on fungus? Chances are, they were done on Artist Conk. When harvested in the Summer, the underside is receptive to drawing on. Almost any pointed item will work to draw with. The areas drawn on will turn a dark brown, in contrast with the natural white. The white area is easily bruised, so extreme care is needed when harvesting and drawing on.

Surprisingly these are a little more common then I expected. From searching google for albino red tail hawks my first search took me Chattahoochee national great service there was all kinds of reports of a white albino red tail hawk although called by another name I found this highly interesting i.pinimg.com/originals/bc/c5/8b/bcc58bdb81b2aaf9972c7d9089baa3ac.jpg

knave does homeschooling really only apply during the week or can you continue to entertain your students with nature and maybe with subjects they will enjoy learning. If so you just opened the doors to a whole new level playing field of creative learning

dreamrocks I initially harvested it for processing into tea and hand sanitizer. Decided it was just to beautiful. I have more plain looking ones.

I have never ate any wild mushroom even though I do use this book to identify them. I don’t like the taste of mushrooms but thought I have the book and did set through a 3 - 4 hour class to help I’d the good from the bad (poison) ones to many look a likes for me.

the mask puts the kibosh on that idea. Probably depends on where I had the same reaction - not sure why, maybe that fat scalpel - but the scissors and blue scrubs didn't make sense, either.
