This could be interesting. As of now, there will be between 0 and .3" of ice. Followed by 1-8" of snow. Wind gusts up to 40 MPH. Storm path is still unknown. NWS is leaning towards heavier ice/snow in SE WI, but it could change.
MI is going to have it worse than WI.
Stay safe everyone.

We get the ice thing in Georgia. Snow is doable, but the ice paralyzes.

We get the ice thing in Georgia. Snow is doable, but the ice paralyzes. That happened here yesterday. I saw semi's driving less than 20 MPH past my place, which is unheard of. The road was white with ice for about 6 hours. Temps warmed, salt trucks were out. Things became better. I just have to deal with the new ice on my driveways and how to get to car. Spread some salt yesterday. Will be spreading ashes so I can get to car and drive to barn for chores.

Ok, which one of you left the fridge door open? It's 28 degrees here in Columbia SC this morning. No chance of snow so I had to go back to 2014 to find a photo of the white stuff.
