No time to delay Got them pinned, hanged & PhotEd today ha This rhyolite was in the works w/ the optical promise & the penny pinky. And it caused me all kinds of grief. I had poxy it together last week & took it to the lap Club. Decided the joint was lousy. So I broke the heart in half by micro waving it and re- seemed it. Lots bettah! but still not nailed. Plus I messed up the wave pattern. I got the seismic shakes all over I can only get so finicky and it actually shaped up fairly good...

The next 2 hearts I made years ago and re-tweeked them at the lap club. I found this rock in Phoenix Reminded me of unakite back in my early days. Some strange quartzy conglomerate Those are greenish crystalie type substance in a brown jaspery background. I really thought this heart was a loss. But with the re-tweek grind -- it came out fine . hope alll have a good weekend and keep on! mohs

I always thought there was a connection between points and hearts ...

Nice fixes, but I thought the originals looked good, too. I really like the rhyolite, but your mystery dark webs is cool.

Thanks Tela Enjoy tweeking some of the stones & do believe I’m making them more pendantly I wrote this up last night while imbibing Don’t know-- - I’m brusco’n So i;ll muse on rock'n hearts
At the wheel the heart is a compound angle trick
fingers flick round wheel angle down no sit light right eye alight down that stone heart hope it flows homp to point jusa concave finesse midway to the end
O the cleave can be mean Try 2 V If ya know what 'the moh's’ means... still tweaking the word structure plus I’m not particularly ready to construct new hearts takes more concentration and set-up then I can afford presently so regrinding is fun way to stay active I’ve had about 50 hearts that were done way back Just sitting off waiting for some care I might add some before and after pics some of these hearts I get really unwieldy in shape then they start to come into focus kind of neat ideas ideas...mostly

Thanks Tel I’ve noticed that I’ve lost a little of my poetic flourish And that not the only thing I’m losing Every heart as 2 side Usually quite different the first two-- not much change but the rhyo is different back story on this is: The back of the heart seam-- came out fine The front on the heart is-- a bit unseemly Obviously the wavy front was the capture I was going for as the front that back doesn’t have much going for it All one can say is: Murphy is definitely around when rocking the heart… mostly
