Lace, fractured Owyhee, Mescalero, Mook with different hardness between light and dark, Tahoma from a slab that was too thin to cut against the pattern and with matrix on the other side I can only grind and change.

The lace, Mook and Mescalero are dopped. The Tahoma showed nothing and then fractured. The Owyhee will get put in the in limbo preform box. The Mook is going to be a huge challenge. The dark is as hard as porcelain jasper and the light is as hard as Indian paint rock. I ground the shape without messing up. The doming is much more difficult.

Lace The Mook was a real challenge. Soft stuff didn't polish but at least I was able to cut it. The Mescalero fracture was a surprise and I can probably salvage something.

They all look great. Damn shame about that fracture and hope you can salvage it. That was a great looking piece.
