Went to the greenhouse today and happened to see this rock glowing in the driveway. Nice banding...

I've been looking all over the place for that.

I've been looking all over the place for that. It’s not very big, but it’s my first first genuine LSA that I’ve found in the wild.

Someone found me on Reddit and asked where to find rocks and told them that even in urban settings parking lots are great places to find rocks. people drop rocks at gas stations all the time. i am kind of lucky that trailers from all over the countryside come to me and i get to nab rocks from private ranches under the pretext of saving them from a DOT violation (if you get pulled over with a flatbed with anything tat could fall off and damage a car, rocks and dirt clods included, you will get a ticket)
