You would have to give us a lot more information and a couple pictures. Even then, most prices are based on what people are willing spend. Better to look at ebay and see what it's selling for there.

I have seen prices on the web from $26.50 per pound to $86 per pound.

Yeah, that's one that appeals to fluorescent specimen collectors if the druse on the outside is intact. A nice one can command a good price.
It's probably less readily available these days, and a lot of people will pay up for anything that's "rare".
For cabbing it just depends on how good the colors and patterns are inside. Will look forward to seeing photos... .
