He is assuming the position for target practice, lol. Have been trying to nail the squirrel that is eating the seed we put out for the birds. And also is digging in the pile of yard rocks out in front, and under the shed. And his poop is attracting cockroaches, yuk. All in all, he is bad news all around. Hedging my bets, I have a live trap set to catch him, but I have recently heard it is illegal to relocate vermin. Guess I'll just have to shoot him dead! I think it is still legal to kill vermin. (Using a pump .22 pellet gun where no one can see.) "Sorry officer, I did trap him, but then he suffered lead poisoning somehow." Have not seen Rocket J. since we last put seed out for the birds, but I did trap a small rat. His carcass went out in the trash. (After he had lead poisoning .)
