Your lucky to live in such a beautiful state! Nice turkey, you eat him? Not yet. It is in the freezer I will do the legs in a slow cooker, and make fajitas out of it, the breast meat I cut up into chicken tender type strips, bread it and fry in bacon grease and it is awesome. This is Idaho near my buddies 100 acre ranch, but I live in Seattle and spend about 30 days a year in Idaho. 10 days for turkey, 10 days for Elk, and 10 days for Late whitetail during the rut. Lewis (that’s where we meet) and would go down to Seattle on dates.
