I bought a few slabs at fullmoon at facebook and made some cabs, listed them and they are very popular. The material is from the same area as Graveyard Point and Regency Rose. I've made cabs from these in the past. When I buy slabs, I look for a specific pattern and I prefer the Pink Lady to GP and RR. There are very few PL cabs listed on Etsy
When something sells, I look for more and the prices for PL have become too high for what I sell cabs for. It is a relatively new material and since I want a specific pattern, rough is not an option. I just bought some plume agate slabs on Etsy that sure look like PL. I'll post the pictures when I get it.

Stuff is spendy. I got maybe 50 lbs of it give it take. Steve Schultz, the guy who mines it sells it for $20 a pound if I remember correctly.

These are the listing pictures from the slabs I bought. 2 dollar bill size for $40. The area marked is what I was looking for. This cab I previously made is the pattern I was looking for: I haven't made a GP or RR cab for over 10 years and dug these out of some boxes: I can't tell which is which and looking on the internet, I'm not sure how many people know the difference.

The slabs arrived. Generally even 3/16. Thinner than I can prefer but I can work with them. I was looking for distinct plumes which is what I look for with Stinking Water. I still can't make an id on the slabs other than Oregon plume. On to the saw. Two fractured on the saw. I made the one on the bottom left the next smaller size, redrew bottom right and made a small one from the scraps. I laid out two similar JellyBean pears and one fractured. The other two are Mexican Flame agate. I'm going to grind and dop the Jellybean, the larger flame and second from left top row plume.

Tim Fisher had a claim that is a lot like that. I was on the club field trip when we helped him open it up. Maybe closer to regency rose, but quite similar. I think we found it unpacking.

I think I got an id for the three plume cabs as North Ridge Plume which is from the same area. My wife bought a bunch of RR and GP because she liked it and I made some cabs. I don't care for the look because I am trying for a distinct pattern. The plume I continued to work on is Stinking Water.
I bought some Pink Lady and now I am hooked on plumes. I bought a slab unknown Oregon Plume, a slab of Pink Lady and a slab of Warm Springs Plume. I'll post pictures when they arrive. I now know how to identify PL. The agate is wait for it pink.

Warm Springs and Pink Lady. I think the PL slab was cut at 90 degrees from the correct orientation, no plumes. I cut some preforms from the new material and some from a Biggs slab. The white stuff of the Warm Springs crumbled on the bottom so I'll recut it smaller.
