Seriously!!! What in the heck?!? That is absolutely mind-blowing! Thanks for posting this Johnny!!
First of all, the artistry in and of itself is beyond words...but then to think someone did this in a far distant past with God only knows what tools!!

And the detail in modern times needs magnification to appreciate how does a human and I assume it could only be so for lack of substantial evidence, could be so accurate. Ide like to see the other some 49 zeal stones found in this grave this was found in. The folks who get to open up burials like that wow what a thrill.

That is really amazing! I saw this photo when I was trying to figure out how to carve a cameo with the same kind of detail they had in the 1800's (& earlier). The only thing I found was a lady making super-fine scratches on the stone with a small tool. There's got to be a better way! The ancients knew things we can't seem to figure out - from this almost microscopic precision to the monstrous megalithic stones they built with.

We figured out the microchip they where way smart in their own ways I'm sure.

I have a fine, antique carved malachite cameo. Malachite is soft and I still don't know how the artist did it.
