Those are awesome. I love the first one. I'd like to know what kind of cabbing machine also. I have a flat lap and I have so much trouble with getting a smooth surface that I hand polish with sandpaper between each lap change tp get rid of the orange peel look.

Yes these are some of my firsts I have not had machine very long at all and had much time to really play ether but so far I really enjoy doing it , ill have to build a bench of some sort soon tho due to I cant get comfortable at the height on table . I bought the cab king and so far i have no complaints when I build the bench I am also gonna plumb it in so I no longer have to worry about a water and drain bucket Thanks have a great evening

My flat lap has hard disks and is very difficult making a smooth surface, the only way I can smooth it is with sandpaper.

I may be wrong and of coarse VERY new to this but by looks of pic I wanna say they are flat spots ? If so need to move the stone around more in a smooth motion and lightly , especially on the coarser disks and work them out on your finer ones I have the flat spot problem on littler stones since I dont use sticks and got big dumb fingers lol .

I tried and tried to get them smooth. That cab that I posted ended up so thin I gave up on it, but practicing is fun. The new cabs you posted look great! Andrea
