Thank you so much for sharing the photos of your beautiful specimens and cab work. I really like the idea of the ryker boxes to show off your work.

Those are all wonderful! Just when I thought I had found my fav, I looked at the next one shown...dang, I hate that. What a great job. It deserves one on my WOWWWZERS!

Wild dogs? Born and raised in MT and never heard of them. Granted I'm only 74. Do you mean the "song dogs" by any chance? (coyotes). What part of Montana are you fossil hunting?

I thank you for your posting of some "side-info" regarding the Petrified Forest in AZ. I love to visit the area and never get away without buying at least 100#'s of pet-wood.

Yup, you've gone and done it again. Darn it, I'd like to tell folks which one is my fav, but you just keep making and showing cabs that are all equal in their beauty. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

Your skill in finding the "perfect" spot in your stone is amazing. My fav? The first three...

Iron Out works great! I found that it cleaned a lot faster than I thought it might. Use smart precautions, work outdoors, and be surprised at what you accomplish with a product from the grocery store.

I think you will get what you want with the use of a tripod and the slower lens setting. I hate to take the time for the tripod set-ups, but the process often pays off with the better quality of photo. Personally, I like what you did with a hand-held camera!

What a fun way to show off your skills and ability to think (and work) outside of the box. I really like it! Thanks for sharing your "friendship stick".

They are all beautiful! A fine skill making them fit the knife blank, that's for sure.
