Nice score. But don't let a night light shine on those. Can you imagine waking up at night and seeing those things looking at you ? Time to change the sheets. LOL yes! lol I really was wondering what they would look like....specially the ones like eyeballs

They may be smallish, but they sure are purdy and shiny. A couple of them look like eyeballs! Nice find. Thanks for sharing them, Joe. you're welcome! yep I like the eyeballs too...

I got lucky at a local rock show and scored these malachite spheres from the Congo...I tried to take as many pics as I can of the different patterns in the stone...hope y'all like 'em as much as I do.....

Group number one the red and yellow stuff, is Wingate Plume without a doubt. Other material looks like classic Cadys stuff. Could be from the north end or the south by Lavic.....Mel Thank you very much Sabre52!! I appreciate the help and your willingness to share your considerable knowledge to us newbies!

The red & yellow mix could possibly be some older Lavic jasper. Gettin hard to find those colors now. Maybe Larry will chime in with his thoughts. thank you!

found some slabs at my fav local swap meet...the only thing seller knew about the slabs are that they came from an old collection and a couple of 'em may have been from the Mohave Desert any help with their ID will be greatly appreciated
