You can Use a Variety ob belts For the Lortone 12 Lb. Or 6. The original Is a Cogged . and Durable Roc shed Uses Opti belt also cogged. There excellent belt but They make Noise and Chatter . It does not affect anything but annoying. You can get O- ring from The o-ring store. . The One I have been using Last a few Tears. . They make dufferent Grade. i use The 70 BUNA. 3/16 Diameter The # I use. /// 349 EPDM 70 BUNA . there cheap and you can Buy a Dozon. The Thumler takes a 343 EPDN 70 BUNA

I have one Of these. I purchased it the last Time it was on ebay. . It is Identical to the Thumler in every way except the carriage and drum screws, motor is the same and parts do interchange . It is a 3000 rpm motor same as the HI speed thumler.. There is no paperwork inside showing where it was made. It is a professionally done machine. . Basic directions . . well built The color Blue is an exact Match to Diamond Pacific Blue . I have a T-12 . when I got mine it was $110.00 + ship $10.00 There are No markings anywhere on the machine Or rubber drum. The liner and gasket Look good also. I,m sorry I did not Buy 2 for the money This machine is not something you can make @ home. The box packing is also professional. . Sal

Never took Pictures Before and after. Well i think The drums were wrapped in duck tape or something and The grit was stuck to it. I plaeed the entire drums in My parts washer and I use ZEP Citrus cleaner straight . In less than an Hour . I noticed It devolving. They are currently in the washer now and will keey overnight. This stuff takes off everything sal

Thr Drying process with mineral sprits is rather quick.. One you shake out The excess. . It will take 3-5 Hours. or you can use a hair Dryer . to speed the process. . after. a few drops of light oil on the shaft and Oil holes. I plug In and let it Run. I have been doing this for Years. . Now this process On motors Like Lortone Or Thumler.. . . The Biggest motor I have done was a 1/4 HP. but That took several days to Dry out. I played It safe on That one. a little nervous on the big One . But it Ran fine
