Clean out day is always so much fun. I kinda grow attached to each stone, babying & loving it each step of the way. Lol Crazy lace agate, botswana agate, leopard skin jasper, carnelian, bahia agate, candy rhyolite (thank you vegasjames!), blue opal, beach rock, etc. Some of my favorites. Thanks for looking! Shelly

LOL I’m not familiar with this dougaflopagus rock you speak of. Well, we’re the Flopagai (plural for Flopagus) family. We’re Dougaflopagus, Mommaflopagus, Bellaflopagus and the dog, Boscoflopagus. It’s just something that I came up with my stepdaughter a couple years ago during our many hours that we spend talking, exploring, looking for rocks and playing at the park. It started off with my saying, every time we were leaving in the car, ‘And we’re off! Like a herd of Flopagus Tortoises!’ Which is a twist on what my grandfather used to tell me, ‘we’re off like a herd of turtles!’ Not long after she started calling us all Flopagus and I love it oh, this means when I find an Agate she calls it a Dougaflopagus agate lol.

Shelly, I love the plethora of material you've got going on here!! I'm a fortificationaholic*...so I'm lovin' everything in particular that has banding!
*I figure it works since we're making up words! LOL

You can tell I’m running out of ‘basic’ rocks and I’m moving up to stripey rocks! I’m a stripeaholic too! LOL

Wow! Those are beautiful! Lots of rich reds!! What is that one whitish blue one?? I was told it’s blue opal. I bought 2 pieces at the rock shop downtown. Here is the other. I thought the green pattern on this one was cool, kinda plumish?

So many beautiful ones here! I especially like the Eye of Sauron one. What are your plans for the blue opal plume above? Excited to see what happens there too.

The eye stone is pretty cool. It’s come a long way. It looked like this when I started it on May 2. It’s still in Stage 1, for maybe another 2 clean outs. Beyond tumbling the blue opal, I’ve got no plans for it yet. Shelly
