Hi Kev, Ever thought of using the moveable hose that turners use on lathes it gets water to exactly where it is needed.

thanks jack...nope i didnt even think about it...and i look at every day...on my lathes and mills...its called loc line but im thinking about it now.
1 line on each side...its easily movable...and stays in place where you put it ;D...thanks...kev.

Kevin - I don't know what they call the spray wand in Japan, but it also "gets water to exactly where it is needed." ;D

i use a 5gal bucket gravity feed and one to catch it on my two wheel grinder and you cant sit long enuff to use up 5 gal of water haha and i think it cost me about 3 bucks to set up and like a half hr -- if you start pressurizing lines your askin for trouble with the constant vibration better safe then sorry -- but thats just me i dont need anymore headachs then i already got hahaha

rich...you funny as heck...a booty washer from china ;D...you aint right ;D.
sands...i should just go ahead and use whats proven to be simple and works...but im hard headed..i think i wanted to try and make something different...with the end results even being simpler...make any sense?....but in the end...i will probably end up with a simple proven drip system ;D....i would probably be working a stone by now if i wouldnt think so much ;D.
rocky it will work exactly like a bench grinder...left and right hand threads with a spacer to shove them all together...the flanged set screw design i came up with...was for rockhobbits arbor..kev.
