Now you accuse me of being a thief?
Should we trade legal details now?
How can you have the originals there when I have them here?
Modified to include:-
How could I have copied your picture if it has never been posted??

Apart from when I have posted 'MY' picture of three stones on a Crystasl Quartz Druzy setting can you, or anyone else for that matter, please indicate, by means of return post, a post number shown before modification, of these stones and this setting that they (people or peoples unknown) have seen anywhere else?
Thanking you in anticipation.

I hardly ever come to this section, but did for some reason this morning.
All I can say is Good Grief!
I think this is the first time I've posted to one of your threads and believe me, I won't post or even look at another one.

Once again, I ask you the same question:
Apart from when I have posted 'MY' picture of three stones on a Crystal Quartz Druzy setting can you, or anyone else for that matter, please indicate, by means of return post, a post number shown before modification, of these stones and this setting that they (people or peoples unknown) have seen anywhere else?
I'm do not particularly care what you claim to have in your collection. I am asking you to please indicate exactly where you have seen this picture before?
Again, thanking you in anticipation.

Dang .... so many responses over night .. hmmmm what a way to wake up and see first thing .. oyy .. where to start ..? Jim ... first off , calling Shannon , my '' woman'' a B*^&% is not acceptable ! had it been done between us and in fun it would have been different but it was not .. had so many not said so, I wonder if you would added the ""LMAO" ? You should have known folks would ''jump'' on you for that one . Thank you folks for thinking so highly of my Shannon . she really is a wonderful person , as many of you already know. I am really at a loss for words Jim ... I know that we talked about the crimping method and you were going for pattern , which I told you I thought was a bit silly but, everyone does they see fit . And "stirring the pot " during such a slooooow time might not have been such a great idea . well .. Jim ... I wish you the best on your new adventure Wolf

As I said before, the rocks are nice. I specifically didn't mention the wraps or bails. I was hoping my meaning would be clear by the omission. Apparently not. While I do not to grooved wraps myself, I like them - most of the time. However, the wrap you do, while being nice & tight, is completely cheapened by that "frog" crimp & bail. Guess it's good that you will be selling them cheaply, but it's something I wouldn't buy at any price.
Sorry you spent your money of a patent that may or may not be in force. Good luck getting it back.
Also, I don't care if the "B" word was said in fun or not. It was completely out of place. It definitely did not sound like you were in jest. Just that you let your dislike of women ("you women always like to do this") and your anger get the best of you. May have been a Freudian slip. Bad move.

We might get sued for taking a closer look-better step back! I wonder why Jim posts pictures if he is so concerned that his "design" is going to be copied. WHATEVERRRRRR!

Jim,
Apology accepted, thank you. Quite honestly, as many here know......its very difficult to offend me. However, groove wrapping/patent aside, the "B" word is where it went horribly wrong because no matter what context you meant it, it still had the potential to really offend....not myself so much, but the others that read it. My refusal to talk to you on the phone yesterday was because, as those that TRULY know me, know.......I am painfully introverted at times with certain things, the phone being one of them. And quite honestly, I dont know you from the stranger walking down my street. You are an acquaintance of Den's and someone I have sent a few random pm's to. I need a whole lot more than that before I will pick up the phone and talk. Its nothing personal.
Anyway, as I told you in a pm last night, no harm was meant on either side, you have your opinion, I have mine.....end of story. I dont hold grudges and I accept your apology. Time to move on folks.

I'm usually a lurker but I'll make sure to lurk everywhere but your posts rockitman.
From where I sit, you can walk off and leave this board now. Second chances are for certain issues, threatening to sue everyone here is not one of those. You droned on and on for pages and pages with threats and names and more threats. Only when you found out how fruitless your venture was and that people had no desire to copy it, even some calling or alluding to it as being unattractive/cheap, you then come back and say somethng like 'I was joking, lighten up'.
There's lots of things to get heated about in life but jumping on here from post #1, threatening everybody is a bad way to go. This is probably the kindest online community I have ever seen and you tried your best to cheapen it.
Also, for rogue's sake... how is it that he has an uncropped photo of one of those stones and you have only a cropped version and claim he stole it. When you post a cropped photo, the rest isn't there hiding, you know. Call him a thief all you want but if he has a whole picture and you have a cropped piece, you come off as the thief. Not saying that holds up in court but evidence is in his favor at this point.
Good luck on your venture. The good news is you won't build up a lot of legal fees because people, in the US at least, probably won't be running out to copy your idea. Craftmanship that is demonstrated on this board is not about mass-producing cheaply but about the artistry of it all.
Everybody else, enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

I disagree, the man has apologized sincerely and repeatedly, to everyone, for just about every word out of his mouth. He made a mistake, he admitted it and is trying very hard to say he's sorry. In my opinion, that takes a lot of courage. We all make mistakes, maybe not in a public setting such as this but I'm sure most of us have asked to be forgiven for something we did at some point in time. I think you have made it very easy to forgive after your last post Jim.

I think you have made it very easy to forgive after your last post Jim. I agree with you 100% Jamie. If we were all judged by our mistakes in life, none of us would have friends. Im glad I have not been forever judged by my mistakes. Im not saying how Jim went about it was right but he also didnt have to apologize at all. Shan

I'm getting rid of my reply. Wiping the slate so to speak. That was a heartfelt apology.
