Dang good batch considering the fact you had a lot of problem rocks. Everything looks great. Is the stuff in pic 7 Sea Jasper? If so it will be pitted throughout for the most part. If this is some of the rock you got from me it is most likely "Sea Jasper" that was purchased from Kingsley. I did get a few really nice finished pieces and just kept throwing the other stuff back in figuring it would get nicer eventually or just disappear. Great batch!! Really love the turritella!

I have 2 medium flat rate boxes of tumbling rough for sale. Most of this material has spent some time in the rough stage already (except the Montana agate and some of the lakers). I had everything in the piles shown in the pictures and was able to evenly divide it between 2 boxes. Each box contains a mixture of the following: Mahogany obsidian (this was material I busted up myself - I've posted plenty of "finished" pictures) Snowflake obsidian (purchased from Kingsley) Mexican lace agate (purchased from Kingsley) Apache tears (purchased from Kingsley) Lakers (purchased from Kingsley) Montana agate (bought from someone on the board) And a few other odds and ends Each of the boxes weighs just about 25 pounds. The cost is $40 each, which includes shipping. I accept Paypal as payment. All rocks are shown wet. BOX 1 - SOLD BOX 2 - SOLD

You must now represent RTH in the tumbling contest next year. We expect nothing less than first place. The 2018 contest announcement should be happening soon!
On a side note, I guess they didn't like my picture with the trophy. We still get to see Rob when visiting their page!

I can't keep ONE fed. Definitely a major score for those that needed them. Sorry to see you go, Dave. We expect to see some excellent faceted stones soon. Working on the first one right now...

Will it come with detailed instructions on how to turn crappy stones into award winning gems? Lots of patience in the rough tumbling stage! And starting with good rough.

EDIT - ONLY ONE LOT-O IS LEFT. I have two Lot-Os for sale. Both of them come with an extra barrel. They have both been run about 5 times each. So this would be 5 weeks of usage. I have to cut the double sided tape that mounts them so you will need to use new tape when you get them. All of the barrels have the bottom "divot" filled with epoxy. All of the lids have a tiny hole drilled so there was no gas buildup. Price is $150 for each. This price includes 1 complete Lot-O, 1 extra barrel and shipping in the Continental US. I accept payment thru PayPal. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am getting out of tumbling after jumping head first into faceting. Need to fund that new hobby!

Yes, but only because I've jumped head first into the world of faceting. I put everything up for sale some time ago and then decided to wait and see. I've been tumbling again for maybe a month, but I've lost interest. Plus good faceting rough is expensive!!

I have 3 pounds of this 2mm round ceramic media that was originally purchased from The Rock Shed. It fits nicely into a small flat rate box. I used this media for 2 days in the Lot-O. $15 includes shipping. This is the picture from The Rock Shed's website.
