I worked at UPS loading delivery trucks in the early '90s. Many boxes get thrown. Also they get jammed together in semi-trailers to maximize the use of space. They ignore "This Side Up", or "Fragile" labels. Lynn

I haven't forgotten about the box. I haven't been feeling well the past few days. I will try to get the box out by the end of the week.
Sorry, Andrea

Finally got most of my Rock Box rocks rounded in stage 1, some of the harder stones are still in there. Wanted to get a polish started so everything that was ready has been started in stage 2 using SiC 220 grit. Had to add a lot more rocks to fill up the 6 pound barrel so less than half of the load is from the Rock Box.

Ok I’m getting this in the mail today. I am so sorry it’s taken so long. I’m going to have to switch to a large flat rate box. There is no way everything is going to fit.

Quality takes time. Thank you for switching boxes to contain everything. My selections to send to Cody are selected and I was wondering if they would even fit in MFRB. Do you have photos of what you took and what you added? Very interested in seeing those. Also hope you are feeling much better.

This is what I took out. This is what I put in. I used a whole roll of strapping tape plus regular tape too. It better not fall apart.

Any updates? Only reasons is that I need to be home and make prior arrangements for delivery from PO. Carrier is great and will bring into my front hallway with advance notice. My present lifting restrictions would prevent me from picking up box at PO. They would not be happy if I had to leave box on counter and remove a few pieces at a time. None of the usual counter people could carry a LFRB to my car. Will need to coordinate potential delivery day with my many appointments. Thank you.

Thank you. fernwood, I'm new to this traveling rock box thing & not sure how I was supposed to get your address. Please PM me your address. I'll be sending it out next week. I'll let you know when I ship it. Lynn

Sorry that I jumped ship for a while. It is a long story, but I will give you a condensed version, I had the right half of my thyroid removed on the April 16th. There was cancer, but they got it all and have clear margins so there is no further treatment necessary, although i will be having blood work to make sure that the left side is producing adequate hormones. Feeling better all the time.
