MEL -
JAMIE TOOK THE CAKE! She's got the eye...she found a Flower Garden Biscuit that'll knock your socks off...and an amazing piece of fortification plume agate. I tried to talk her into NOT cutting it up...
I found lots of cool little specimen 2 X 2s *which is what I like to collect* rock photos to come...not to worry!

Wow that's a nice table full of agate. Looks like a fine selection of types too. Can't wait to see more or some of them cut. This is almost as exciting as going there myself!....mel

Great pics, Susan.
Sands - May not happen, with enough replies between the pic reports, but if two or three of 'em come in on the same page, can you bump them to a new page, so there's only one pic report per page. That way it won't take an hour to load a page on dial-up.

Here are a few pictures of the trip. Thank goodness we had a good spare that lasted the entire time, including the areas where we seriously four-wheeled. Chow time. (front to back: Drupe, Mailman, Stoner, and the Mailman's wife) Nothing's wrong with this tent. We just had extremely strong winds. Baldheaded men for peace, unite! Condor

Excellent pictures. Good camp site too. Way cool to put names to faces and Stoner don't ever seek help for your addiction to stone cutting lol I wish I had that much passion for cutting stones. I'm a slabber at heart though...Thanks again for sharing the pics!!!

Sounds like a great time was had by all!
Susan, great shot of Cathedral mountain -- I love the clouds shooting off the top like the mountain's on fire. Wonderful piece of moss agate you got there too.
Ed, I love your T-shirt (spoken by a big wearer of T's). -Don
