Stop it - on with the tumbling! Meant to get some malachite going today (my tumbling downfall of unsuccess) - a big step into getting the barrels going - but had to clean the roof on the conservatory it was full of green slime. Took hours - will try again themorrow. On with the rocks and pics eh?

Ed I live in the UK and I would prefer to spend some more time doing rocks.
Heres an example - today I wanted to go and buy some malachite but instead im going to clean the conservatory roof and its going to be very wet and very cold up the ladder.

I hate/dont fly on planes anymore - dont trust em. But yes - I think my better thirds would both be over the moon if we went on a trip like that.

Looked like a great trip. Ive been looking over all the pics with envy and whilst it would be too difficult for me to get there soon enough, i'd certainly like to see Sands out on the next one too. I couldnt believe the amount of rock just waiting to be collected like that. I often wondered where all my stuff comes from Certainly not over here anyway!! Another trip and it would probably be a good idea to have a "Past Trips" board aswell so that current ones stay on the top of the forums and all the pics can be stored neatly in a place for easy viewing. Hey all if anyone spots a spam post can you shoot me a PM so I can look into it.
I'll sticky this for a day or so - I don't want it getting in the way of the other stickies but i'd appreciate the PMs - so I'll unsticky on Saturday.
Cheers Mark.

Sands - Ive checked and when you go into calendar you should see a small icon that says "New Event" in the top right corner of the calendar in the yellow bar.
Can you confirm to me that you can see this icon?
Cheers Mark

I tried this once - 80 first - after two days I checked and the barrel was empty. Ouch - it was given to me by a friend aswell.

S - me too.
I think there will be more trips organised like this. Its impractical - maybe even nigh impossible for me to sort trips out from here - but I know already that members do a great job anyway.
When there are enough people wanting in on a trip - there would be great discounts to be had for large bookings etc etc. So the possibilities are endless for the future of the group.

If I were lucky enough to go - I reckon I'd have a few beers, I would probably bring a few crates so we could sink them round a campfire

Well theres always going to be a few heartaches - think deep and dont worry about stuff too much dudes. Life would be very dull if we didnt have differences - making up is fun aswell.

Rollingstone and Akansan - that proves a point then and somewhere ProBoards must be saving some resources by doing this - it may even be as simple as saving bandwidth by not transmitting the members names who are not constantly active in the foreground.
I cant say I blame them it must cost a furtune to run as many boards as they do.
Thanks for the info - I was unable to test this as thoroughly as you guys have.
Cheers Mark.
